Wasim Akram — Sultan of signatures [REPOST]
I've enjoyed hearing Wasim on the cricket commentary, and thought I'd repost one of my favourite cricket moments of the year — sitting next to Wasim fan Sara Cass at a Footy Almanac lunch.
It ends up being the story of two autobiographies. The first is one I’ve just read, ‘Sultan’ by Wasim Akram (with Gideon Haigh), and given Gideon controls a sentence almost as well as Wasim controls an inswinging yorker, that ‘with' probably deserves to be out of brackets and in capitals.
