Your research on Puskas is surprising my name is Barry Horsfall I was president of the Victorian industrial league when Puskas first came to Australia via the Hungarian community I played a part in smh securing his services as I was marketing manager for ten years during that famous 1991 win I produced a cd of the final and sold it to football fans it included footage of Puskas in Hungary I also note that I have the original tape thanks to abc
Fantastic you had that connection and what a thrill to have met and known him. We did see the edited final, it might even have been on VHS? It's worth knowing about that original tape. We are sourcing grand final footage from the ABC and it appears to be good quality, so we should be right on that front. The problem is, paying for it!
